About Us

Who We Are

We are two people. We were married for 16 years and now collaborate to share some of our favorite recipes, tips, and tricks with the world.

Our goal is to make good cooking accessible to everyone.

We can do this because:

1.) He knows how to cook. (The man can cook.)

He's also pretty serious about photography.

What does "Our Final Freezer" Mean?

"Our Final Freezer" is a joke between us. It refers to an absurd conversation that we had that went like this:

Him: "Hey, Sweets, you gonna be home on Thursday afternoon?"

Her: "Yeah. Why?"

Him: "I'm having a freezer delivered."

Her: "Okay. Another one?"

Him: "Yeah. But this is the last one. I promise."

Her: "So we'll have three freezers?"

Him: "No, we have two."

Her: "No, we have three. One in the kit--"

Him: "I'm not counting the one in the kitchen."

Her: "Okay, so you're just counting the huge ones."

Him: "Right."

Her: "The ones in the garage."

Him: "Right."

Her: "..."

Him: "I think it's our last one."

Turns out, it probably won't be our last one.
