Food that we've made.

Layers upon layers of sausage, bacon, and assorted cuts of meat.

We can proudly say that we have a defined bacon strata in the geologic record of our freezer.

 

And we'll eat all of it.

Also in our freezers: tomato soup, apple sauce, apple butter, chicken/lamb/pork broth, pumpkin puree.

Now, we'd like to share some of the techniques behind making some of the same foods that we've loved over the years.
